Comfort Care staff are carefully selected and screened to ensure that clients only receive the most professional, caring, and skilled care.

At Comfort Care we are passionate about attracting the right staff to the team by recruiting and retaining the very best. Our recruitment process ensures only qualified, caring and empathetic individuals are invited to join our team.

All Comfort Care support workers are interviewed over the phone and in person by Comfort care Management. We also undertake reference checks, police checks and background check before joining the team. All carers are also required to have at least a Certificate III in Individual support (CHC33015). We at CCG choose only the best team members who match your individual needs and best suited to meet all expectations for you and your loved ones.
